about lindsay
My love of art and the desire to make it accessible to many is what motivated me to move to New York City and pursue fashion. While studying design and business in the classroom, internship experiences have allowed me to explore the different facets of fashion, including sales, PR, styling, and trend forecasting. More than anything, I want to work with others in the industry who have the environment in mind while designing. It is crucial that our generation evaluates the lifecycle of our products from raw materials to disposal, and adopt policies to help our culture cause less damage to the earth while we can still preserve it.

Textile and materials development is my passion. Having knowledge of the materials and processes used to make a product is key to initiating change in the future. I am currently seeking an entry-level opportunity to work in Fabric Research and Development for apparel or home products. In the meantime, I work as a part time teaching assistant for an after-school science program and study for graduate school.

I enjoy spending time with animals, and am a devoted volunteer to Barc Animal Shelter’s cat loft, and Whale watching volunteer for Cresli in the summertime.
